1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

2. Category-Specific Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Electronics & Appliances: Must include all original cables, manuals, and accessories. Items with broken "warranty seals" or signs of user-inflicted damage are not eligible for return.

Beauty & Personal Care: For hygiene and safety reasons, these items (including skincare, cosmetics, and grooming tools) can only be returned if they are unopened, sealed, and unused. We cannot accept returns on opened beauty products.

Fashion & Apparel: Must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

Defective or Damaged Items: SBE TECH provides a free return shipping label for items that arrive damaged or non-functional.

Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies to these returns to cover processing and inspection.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Items on "Final Sale" or clearance.

Personalized or custom-made products.

Gift cards.

5. How to Request a Return

• Clear photos or videos of the item and its support@sbetechn.com packaging.

• A brief description of the issue.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
